Useless.
20x20 pushups is useless. It will just destroy your muscle and damage your joints.

Doing 5x50 or 10x20 is better. Add weight, elastic, or slowmo if you need to challenge yourself.



Then do jump-pushups. 
Clap your hands when up.

If you want an even harder thing :

1 Burpee
1 powerjump
1 Burpee, then stay down and
5 clapped pushups.
1 powerjump

20 sec rest.

And you do this routine 5 to 15 times. If you manage the 15 cycles, then you do a failure phase. As many as you can before KO.
